Safe travels ... Sounds like you must be on your way home now. I want to see all the pics!!
As I write this, the Gators are 1st and goal with a current score of 38 - 15 with 12:13 left in the 4th. Goooooo Gators!!!
Love you Kipster!
This place looks like a mini-Yellowstone. I love the geothermal features...mud pots, geysers, hot pools, etc. I looked up the sticky date dessert and found a bunch of recipes. I may try to duplicate it for our Holiday potluck at work. Looking forward to getting to see all of your pictures when you get back.
wow! just started getting the blogs via Yanc. Thanks for the heads up Mook! Looks like a lifetime of beauty and vistas....what an awsome trip! Happy Turkey Day to you from the states. I havent had time to read them all and catch up to your lastest blogs. My little brother, Josh Linn just got to Sydney the 22nd for a week and then to Cairne (sp?) for a week...where do you go from the cruise? Safe travels, lots of Love,
Mook
Happy Thanksgiving (tomorrow)! Just wanted to wish you both a Happy Thanksgiving! Probably not a celebration over there. Hope you can find some turkey! I want to hear more about the date dessert!
Finally!!!! You don't know how much I've been looking forward to an update! Now I've enjoyed your cruise in one day. Hope the fun continues and we get a couple more updates soon(er). I wish I was there!
Let me know! The only thing that would have made this trip to Sydney better, is to have your little sister in tow! So, next time you're planning the trip, don't forget this crucial essential!!!
Beautiful! I remain quite envious of the both of you! However, I am happy that the weather, for the most part, is being good to you during this trip of a lifetime!
I noticed in the picture of your lunch at Jane Brook that Frank's plate is empty... Kippy, you've got to share! ;-p Or maybe Frank was JUST FINE with wine...
I'm looking forward to seeing pictures from the cruise! The cabin appears to be a nice size! A comfy lovers pad... LOL!
Love you and have fun!
Good Bye Aussies, Hello Kiwis! Thank you two for sharing your adventures! I can't believe that you have done so much in so little time - I think that's a record! Now, if either of you strike it rich in the Casinos, happy hour is on you two? :) Have a GREAT time in Kiwi Country!
Indian Ocean I loooove the pic of you guys in the Indian Ocean! Frank, I trust you had an unforgettable birthday -- Happy Belated Birthday!!!
Got the postcard today ... so exciting!!!

Happy Birthday Frank! They say it's your birthday.... HAPPY BIRTHDAY! :-) Although, I don't know if I'm a day late or early! LOL!
I can't believe you're 10,000 miles away!!
The train cabin is quaint... to say the least! It seems like cruising! I bet you get a chocolate on your pillow too! Did they push the beds together?! LOL! ;-p LOVE YA!
Soooo Jealous! It looks like yall are having a great time! I love the matching outfits you're wearing for the bridge climbing! Sydney is BEAUTIFUL at night... and during the day for that matter!
Kip, you must have been in heaven in that Apple store! I love you very much... hope you continue to have an EXCELLENT adventure!
I sure am enjoying this. I know you're taking lots of pictures! Have fun on the train and update immediately...or when you have an opportunity. Manly Police Station, I can see that blown up in someone's home.
adorable but i'm afraid you have competition. the wash post reported yesterday as follows:
Nov. 7: "Monifa," a three-week-old baby pygmy hippopotamus, enjoys a warm bath in her enclosure at Sydney's Taronga Zoo. Monifa means "I am lucky" in Nigerian.
did you see her? are you bringing her home?
Sydney Zoo Speak of the devil did you see "Monifa" the baby pygmy hippo? So cute. Frank- the baby hippo is as small as a puppy, maybe Darcie would like one! Did you see any Tasmanian Devils? I do not know if Kip is a devil but I know Frank is (in a good way of course).
I see you made it. I hope the cruise ship in the background was for my benefit! I can't wait to get updates.
Be good and have fun....hmmmm, can you do both??
Have Fun I can't wait to read all about your trip on a daily basis. Frank couldn't have picked a better travel buddy. Love you both. Sent from my new MacBook
I'm Ready Kip,
If you'd just give Frank a little nudge as he tries to board the plane, I'll be ready to go in his place! You guys have a great time and keep up the info. I'd be jealous of your pre-trip dinner, except I hate fish.
Fly safely!
