hey hi guys, just been catching up on your blogs...you dont stop much do you! im at my new job at claridges hotel now, and get holiday pay finally, and because of you guys making jealous with all of yopur exploits, im off to oz for 3 weeks in september, not that adventurous i know, but a good place to start. Then next year i'll be taking a few shorter trips so will have to try to hook up somewhere for a bevvy!
Other than that, nothings new here, im thinking about re-trading as a plumber soon, but am gonna find out what are the best trades to go for in oz, as im seriously considering moving out there, (i hate to say i t, but this country is going downhill, with no vision of getting any better), so im gonna cut my loss's and jump ship me thinks!
anyway, keep up the good work, and will catch up soon!
paul.x (for tash)!
Chilean buses... You're right. The buses in Chile suck so bad! It's strange since it's the wealthiest country. Anyway, I tough my 48 hours bus ride from Ushuaia to BA was a killer, but you beat me for sure! Have fun in El Chalten, it's a great place.
RE: Hola! Hi Martin, good to hear from you, glad you enjoyed the rest of your trip. We`ve heard nothing but good things from everyone who`s been to Columbia, wish we could have fitted it in! Hopefully at some point we might actually catch up with our blog to the point where its up to date! Cheers Kev and tash xx
Hola! Hi Kev and Tash, it's Martin here from San Pedro, Guatemala...a long, long time ago now I know but it's great to see you're both plodding on and having a cracker. I finished my trip by spending 2 1/2 months in Colombia..the best country I went to, great fun and lots to see. Well I hope you both continue to have the crack and look forward to you're next entry.
Martin :)
Supposedly anyway... Maybe you should try the egg balancing at home just to double check - it will keep you amused for a while. Be even funny after a few beers!
RE: Impressive Yippekayay Mutherfucka!! Fortunately no one has died yet in the writing of this travelblog! How´s things in the Parkside machine, anyone died there yet????
awesome hey guys, sorry it s been a while, but have been up to my neck with selling my house and finding a new place to live etc.
looks like your still living the eco-warrier dream, and loving every minute of it! i still cant believe how much youve done and seen so far, its inspiring to say the least.
anyway you both look well, and i look forward to catching up with you someday soon.
take care guys.
paul
Hello josecito darling Hows wellington then? Wet?! Windy?! Not long until we arrive in NZ now, about four months and then we will track you down! Not sure where we will be based yet but will be north island to begin with. We are currently on a mammoth bus journey from lima to southern argentina!!! Fun!
Gallo... the perfect pig! Hola! Gallo is so cute... maybe we can suggest Dad getting one as an Archie substitute!!! He seems just as demanding whilst thinking he's also human!! (Apart from a lot stinkier!). That Scorpio is terrifying!!! Never knew they carry their babies on their back... pretty cool though. It's definately gonna be a shock to the system for you both when u get back to England for your flying visit! Looks like ur building up ur toned six-pack there Kev!!!
Loving the Coatis!! They are sooooo cute!!! Not when they're fighting you for your sandwich though i guess!!! The pics of the butterflies are really good, my fav is the glasswing one, that's pretty amazing!!
Hello parlamero professionals! Hi guys, nice to hear from you - glad you liked the blog. We always mention the project to people as much as possible as we had a really good time in Hawaii. Wish we could have stayed longer. My mum´s friend´s daughter came to the project to volunteer about a month or so ago - can´t remember her name at the moment but she came through a gap year type company I think. Life is cool. Have just finished a 3 month stint volunteering at Ecolodge in Andes of Ecuador and are now heading south to Peru. Take care and send our love to the turtles when you go back next!!
Missing you loads Wow guys what a fantastic blog, reminds us of home and we only left yesterday. Thanks for the great plug for the project, we'll set a link from the website so new or interested volunteers can read about your wonderful experience. Thanks so much for volunteering with us, we miss you loads, hope life has been treating you fantastic. Hope to meet up with you guys soon, X X X
Happy New year Happy New year. As I can see you both are having good time and taking a lot of beautiful pictures. It so amazing when you have got a chance to enjoy every single day in your life.
All the best to you.
Vlada
Hey u guys, happy new year! Sorry to hear you were unemployed, seems a bit strange of them to charge volunteers, they're not gonna get many people helping them r they! Hope ur having a nice time in Equador now, talk to u soon, miss u, lots of love xxxxxx
