From an Aunt who has done the back pack thing - just keep all of your belongings literally tied to your body so nothing goes missing like uncle Colin's expereince with his bags getting stolen - do you know that story? I use to literally tie my back pack to the storage area in the trains and always had my foot through at least one strap whever I sat down anywhare or stopped and stood anywhere. Glad to hear that you two are having a killer time in Europe. Sounds like everything is going smoothly (minus the bomb threat). From June 18 to Aug. 24 2006 we will be backpacking through Europe together!
Seeing all the amazing sights and traveling to as many countries as possible with just a backpack by eurorail and staying in hostels i'm sure we'll have many stories to share. Can't wait to experience all Europe has to offer!
