Loving your blog I've so enjoyed reading of the foods you are enjoying - tyropita, spanokopita and the tzaziki sounds drool-worthy - yum! The Melissani Cave sounded cool - loved the pic! ThenIthacan goat looks perfectly groomed as well (gets a FIMM 7 for grooming) lol. I can not believe how much sea you have covered; what a truly amazing holiday! Keep enjoying.
Loving the Greek words! What is a Telemachos? is it a skipper? I hope your 'rat protectors' worked and you didn't have any freeloaders sailing with you! Your photo of Kalamos village looks like a fairytale-like place. So lovely. I also love your photos of all the boats in the harbour/dock. One of my favorite sights away from the prairies!
Wish we were there! Kate, you are making us jealous. Lola says that she is so sad that you had to miss the symphony! Maybe next time. Guess what? The weather here is marvelous! Have you been sending it from Greece? Have a safe remainder of your trip. Talk to you soon.

Week Two Hi everyone
I just read the blog entry and got out my maps and book. You covered quite a distance over the week. It was good there was finally some wind for you. The book that I have has pictures of Vathy and Kioni. They look beautiful. The village of Kioni has been declared a protected settlement. I'm glad all is continuing to go well. Miss you all.

Lap it all up!! I'm loving reading your blog; the sights, sounds and smells you describe -- totally make me want to be there. Hope your weather is just as fantastic. Take lots of pics,k!? Enjoy!
Holiday girl Nice legs, Kate!! Looks like you are having a wonderful holiday. Lola and I are jealous as we freeze our butts off in Sask. Take care, happy sailing, and talk soon.
Wish I was there Hi Don. I remember visiting Athens in 1974. Standing in the Acropolis and other ancient sites gave me goose bumps, thinking about the great philosphers and mathematicians who walked there 2000+ years ago. For someone who grew up in Saskatchewan, where the oldest buildings are 100 years old, visiting a place like Greece, so rich in history, is an incredible experience.
I hope you enjoy the remainder of your holiday. Take care out on the water. Hope you take lots of pictures.
Hey, glad you guys have been enjoying your vacation I like the photo if you two and Shiela rocking out in Greece. Me and Dylan looked at a few houses so far but haven't found the right place yet. School is going pretty good all my labs have started so it's starting to get busy but it'll be managable. Keep having a great time and make some awesome memories.
Happy Holidays HI
