Your SE Asia Trip Looks like a good trip Julia, I guess I should have mentioned there is nothing to do on Koh Tao except diving.... oops.
What class did you go on the train. I always go 2nd class and have had no problems, clean sheets etc......wierd.
Shitty to hear about the food poisoning that sucks. I bet its from water though, from washing out a glass or something at a restaurant.
Anyways, Ill be there in Non-Monsoon season. So get your party shoes ready!

Small (blog) world Hey Ju, I´m one of the Americans that went to the pub in Madrid (and I resent that comment, hey!)... got some more photos of you guys from that night if you´re short, also have a blog on here (or something resembling it), http://www.travelblog.org/Bloggers/10kJuan/ ... safe travels!
Crazy Ludwig's Castle! Do you remember in grade 12 Law how we'd have to marry someone, and plan the wedding?
I married Paul Dunwoody, and we both decided to have our wedding there. THe funny thing was, we both came up with the idea independently, and told each other at the same time! While everyone else was saying "How about we get married at the 4 Seasons hotel downtown" or "on a beach," we were both like "that crazy castle in Germany!!" I suppose it meant it was true love. Ah, Paul. I can't believe you were actually there... oh, it brings a tear to my eye.
lalala do you realize that you are all wearing brown in one of the many many many beer hall pics! just an observation! sounds like you guys are haveing fun. lots of love
XOXO

With the post-university Europe trip under my belt, what was the next logical step? Why, 'real life' of course! The highlights (or lowlights, depending on how you look at it) have been graduation from UBC, the elusive 'real job' (business cards, Monday meetings, marketing plans, sick days...ahhh!), the fleeing from the nest (Ciao Mama!), summer in Kits, phone bills, hydro bills, cable bills...essentially the emergeance of my grown-up self. Ok, that's questionable, but on paper it kind of looks like it, no?
So where do I stand now? 1+ years in to this whole grown-up thing, and the bug has... full info
