Joe and Jo are off on their travels to Australia with a bag full of clothes, lonely planet guide and a sense of adventure. The flights through up the possibility of spending a week in Dubai and felt we shouldn't let this opportunity pass.
We are due back in London on the 23rd April 2010. Expect a phone call for a lift home!
The rough route
Dubai-Brisbane-Sydney(December)-New Zealand(January)-Melbourne(February)-Ramsey Street-Bojangles-Gold Coast(March)-Brisbane(April).

Week one is offcially over. I (Joe) am sat at my friends house in Brisbane waiting for the others to awake. The journey down to London was pretty simple with no major issues on the trains. We did have to run to catch the last tube of the day to the airport. Within terminal 3 we found our spot to spend the next 5 or so hours. There were loads of people scattered everywhere with everyone trying different techniques to grab some much need sleep on the awful metal benches and cold floors. The flights were good, I was pleasently suprised. Arrived in Dubai, jumped into a taxi and set up camp in Sharjah where we spent the first three nights.
