17th October 2008 I love Hong Kong so it was good to be back and staying with my brother Ian and his wife Weronika - and an added bonus that Anu, their helper, did all my washing and ironing! As I'd already seen many of the famous sights in Hong Kong, Ian and I went to Macau by ferry on the Saturday. We started off by getting a taxi to Colane, (not sure if that's the right spelling), in the very south which is a small, picturesque Portugese style fishing village. We met Eileen who owns and runs Lord Stowe's Bakery which is famous on the island for it's custard tarts. They make and sell 3,000 a day.
