Hey, the blog is great and your pics are excellent. I was just wondering what tour company you are with? is it oasis overland? We are in Europe and towards the end of the year we want to do a trip to egypt. Is it safe at the moment? people are telling us otherwise...

Tour Group in Egypt
Hey, Sorry about getting back to you waaaaay late. I didn't even realize people were commenting on my blog until just today. Anyway, the tour company I went with is called Kumuka. I highly recommend them. And I'd say that you shouldn't go to Egypt on your own but if you're with a tour group then you should be ok. These people are paid to keep you happy and safe. And don't listen to everything you hear from other people and the media. The media doesn't usually lie but they don't always tell the truth either. And unless these people you're talking to are living there right now then I'd say they might not know what's best. Again, the people running the tour live and work in these places, they'll know if it's safe.

XD okay, that graffiti is awesome. I picture some old dapper fellow with a cane and an old-timey suit etching his name into the rock with a grin across his face just under his quite pointed beard and waxed mustache. Quite so, quite so. u_u

Wow, you're definitely right when you say it looks alien. The desert looks like something out of a Riddick movie. It's really cool though! Wish I was there!
