Keep up the travel logs... Nice to see yer still alive and kicking. I know... I'm a shit for disappearing back when. I was pretty buggered back then... lots of demons that I've learned to deal with. You were always a good friend. Missed ya. Despite the past, always thought about you and hoped the best for you. My life completely changed in my early twenties and spent the past 20 years going back to school, getting married in 2005, and generally trying to stay healthy.
Hope we can touch base sometime. Wishing you the best. Stay healthy. Feel free to drop a line if yer in the mood.

Hey John Thx for your update. I think these piercings could put the rock n' roll kids who I saw at SXSW in Austin to shame! Keep em the messages comming, amigo.
A Different World All sorts of wonderful comments are swimming around in my warped mind! I heard you might have been in town over the holidays...if you were, sorry I missed you. Good to see you are alive and well. TW
Talk about adventurous! Hi John! So good to hear you're having a fantastic time! I'm living vicariously through you! Ray and I are living an adventure of a different sort with now 2 kids. Our new addition is Hannah.
Wow! Pretty wild John. Just to think we went to Milestone's in Yorkdale mall for dinner and I thought THAT was exciting :)). Always good to hear from you. Big Cheers! Al
Happy New Year John, Lynda forwarded your blog to us. Jim and I have just been looking it over. So happy that things are going so well for you. What an interesting place to be...big change from GoData days. All the best to you and to Lisa for 2008. Hope to hear more soon. Ena
Excellent snapshot of your world. I look forward to your next one.
Maybe I should do a travel blog when i am in Fulton over the Holidays..... now that would be exciting :)
Wishing you (and Lisa too) a Happy Holiday Season.
Torturous John, I am just showing my Grade 11 World Religions class a video on the Inquisition which involves lots of torture and now you throw in your photos and it is another form of torture as I know exactly the beauties you are experiencing and here I am stuck in -10 C weather with blowing snow, being rearended and flat tires in the cold. Good for you, I agree that both Malaysia and Indonesia are two amazing countries. I look forward to seeing more on your blog-if I can stand the torture. good luck with the relationship too.
thanks for the travel blog Hello John!
Very nice to hear from you and hear all about the places you have been visiting and about where you are living. Quite a switch from Yukon living, and since I do not get out much, it is nice to hear about different places in the world, such as you are visiting.
Keep in touch. All the best for a happy holiday and happy new year too!
luv Georgia
Mneigh Hey John! Glad to see all is going well for you, seems as though you have established youself quite well. I'm envious of the 12 month summer thing but am glad you're happy. I'm assuming Lisa is the one in the pics. Tell her I said Mneigh!
