Thankful for new beginnings Jen, I am thankful you are able to do the work you do and I am thankful God gives new beginnings. I pray your year goes great. God Bless you and Johnny and the baby and the ministry. Love, Mom P.
You look so cute pregnant!! Jenny and Johnny,
Happy to hear all the GOOD NEWS and update from you. God is so good and faithful. I love hearing from you and seeing all the wonderful pictures.
You look so cute pregnant!!! Make sure we get your happy news when it happens! Glad your mom and dad will be there with you for your blessed event!
We are all doing good. Missed your annual visit this January. It's now 6 degrees outside as I write this! COLD!
Thanks and God bless your obedience. Love to both of you.

I've been reading your blog for awhile and am always pleased to hear how much progress has been made there since our (Champion Forest Baptist - Houston) last trip alone and reading this horrific entry today is heart breaking. I will be praying for the children of HOREC, Christine, and staff.
Love in Christ,
Enjoli
Just Awful Jennifer and Johnny, my heart goes out to you and our extended family at HOREC. Those girls played a very big part in bring Tim out of his depression. We are just blown away at how some people can be so cruel. We will do our part and help out. Our prayers are with you, Johnny and our HOREC family.
Jen and Johnny
I am very sorry to hear about the horrible stuff that happened. Poor children were in a place where they finally felt safest and now this horrible abuse happened. I will keep you and everone else in my prayers. God Bless all of You.
sickened to the core Jen and Johnny,
I am so, so sorry for the great loss at HOREC. Praying for Gods mercy on the entire situation. I think your ideas to protect and restore are very good. May Jesus bind up the wounded hearts!
Felicia and family
Sadness and sorrow Jen, I wept and wept over this. The enemies advocates are at war! I am so blessed that no one was killed...but those precious children's little souls were wounded so deeply. Paul and I are praying and binding spirits away from those precious souls....the spirit of fear and all that goes with it. We love you all and thank God that the home wasn't damaged or burned.
I'm completely speechless.and in tears.I sent this to my pastors in Kansas and Houston to pray.I pray for yours and Johnny's protection.Did that young girl go back to states. The one that was staying there.
PRAYERS FOR YOU! Dearest Jen,
I, too, share your heartache over what happened with the children. I am sending a small donation to help with the security. You are all in my prayers and my heart for healing and justice to be served.
Heartsick Jennifer and Johnny,
I am in total shock.
I am having a hard time believing this happened.
The devil is a thief and a liar. I hate him.
I bind satan in Jesus' Name in and around HOREC and loose God's Holy Spirit in and around HOREC.
I pray God will restore all that the enemy destroyed in the peoples lives and in their home. Joel 2: 25.
God bless the people from the USA that went before the tradegy that helped so much and God bless You and Johnny, Jen, for your obedience. I will continue to pray for all of you.
Love and prayers,
Sandy Swoager
Those bathrooms! I was just telling the kids about the first shower Romulus and Armondo, I think it was, took....and how Cici came out soaking wet....it was like trying to wrangle wild monkeys. Funny! Sweet story about the toilet.
Congratulations & Hope to Meet You Soon Dear Jen,
My name is Larry Beer and I part of a team from Broomfield United Methodist coming November 6th to HOREC. I was told of your blog and am so grateful that you keep it up.
My friend, Joe Lynch and I are seeing if we can change plans by extending a couple days past our original departure date of late night on the 14th. He and I hope to leave the night of the 16th now. Our purpose for staying a bit longer is flexible. We could spend more time bonding with the HOREC children, or more time on HOREC projects, or spend time getting to know your other work or just helping you out. Please let us know if something strikes you as more useful and we will certainly consider it.
I just sent an email to Thomas (info@nappetafrica.com) and the Sportsview Hotel (info@sportsviewhotel.com) to make sure we can still have a place to stay and that we and our team can both still have transportation. Any advice on this would be welcome if there is something I'm not factoring.
In any case, I want to thank you for all you do, to congratulate you on your wedding, and to tell you that I look forward to meeting you in November.
Sincerely,
Larry

I love you Jen and am honoured to be able to help you anyway I can.
LOVE YOU, JEN!!! Congratulations Jen and Johnny on your match 'made in Heaven!' How precious God's children are and what a blessing you are to them! I hope and pray that some day I might be able to come and visit you in S.A. and see with my own eyes the miracles God is doing through you!
In God's Love, Cathy
Blessings! Jen, it is always a joy to hear about your work all over the place! I am sorry we can't send any help at this time but we will as soon as we can.

with you in prayer Jen,
I'm always so blessed to read these updates at what the Lord is doing in and through your life. We have been on an extended focus on the fatherless and orphaned at the House of Prayer. Two weeks ago we had an orphan justice conference that brought so much to light about the heart of God. (Derek Loux with Orphan Justice Center out of IHOP KC) In this season of praying for the orphaned , enslaved and oppressed I am gaining a deeper understanding of the Father heart of God and how caring for the orphaned, poor, widowed and enslaved is to commune deeply with his very heart. I'm certain that God has his eye on you and that you are going to experience depth and reward beyond what you ever imagined for partnering with His heart for the orphaned. Much love and joy to you and know that I'm praying for you. Thank you for sharing these beautiful updates. Grace and peace to you!
Hi Hi Jenny and Johnny, Your parents are in PA. I hope to see them this week-end. It was very nice to hear from you today. I loved seeing your wedding picture. Hope you are enjoying the Cutco knives. Be careful; they are sharp.
Pastor Bill and Zona's son, John, was in a serious motorcycle accident Sun. eve. He needs prayer. I will give $20 in our missions offering this month for the Bible, blanket and bean fund. God bless both of you in your marriage and in your ministry. Thank you for your obedience.
Love, Sandy Swoager
