Boring! Hi Fergus,
Always mean to reply to your witty and fantastic blogs -they make me laugh out loud -but how on earth can my tales of surburban Surrey be of interest to you!!
All is well with everyone here -Anna is leaving and going back to Aus - not all bad news -at least I'll always have a bed in Melbourne!
Keep the blogs coming -I do enjoy them -how will you seetle back to normality?
Hope to find your ocean -keep safe -looking forward to a few sambucas on your return!

amazing Ferg, your blogs are amazing, I read them again and again. It all sounds brilliant but definitely slightly daunting and I completely agree with you...the beauty of the landscape can just piss off if the people of that land are living in dire poverty.
Anyway, in the real world.....England lost!! cant wait to see you again. Keep in touch.
Kindest regards
Annie xx
Thanks....great Love your blogs, so eloquently written...dash of sunshine and fun when we get a chance to read them!!! Some real adventures and massive learning curves...brilliant. Take care of yourself. Love Sue syc
Tear Gas Hi there my dear
Just to say you seem to be having ALL sorts of adventures...but tear gas!!
Also- your Ma showed me a picture of you wearing a vest. Never thought I would see THAT!
Love
Shirley
Hola mi amigo Hola Fergus
Sona como hay mucho que explorar en Argentina... estoy muy celosa! << did you get any of that? Lol I have to say, I'm very excited about the Spanish conversations we can have when you return to Inglaterra. Have you made any Spanish friends?? Been trying my best to keep up with all your blogs, but the internet in Aus is so bloody expensive that sometimes I just run out of time reading one section!
Stay safe in SA, I really am envious of where you are!- but hey, I can't complain... I'm off to Malaysia in 2 weeks :)
Lots of love x
unique Fergus, it all sounds brilliant but as you know you bring colour to it. What a marvellopus experience, it just sounds that the breathtaking views were slightly overcome by the bilious passengers!! It is incredibly remote though and as haunting and awe inspiring as it is, could you live there?? It makes us realise how different this planet is. And how we should all respect each other and our lives. Thanks for the blog Ferg, keep me informed. Take care and looking forward to seeing you on your return. Annie xx
all sounds a world away as indeed it is. you will no doubt have heard of hung parliaments and volcanic ash; these are the new developments over here.
As Jeremy Paxman asked of Simon Hughes on Election Night ' would you like to get into bed with Peter Mandelson?'
All very green but decidedly chilly for the time of year in the nature corner.
Finding it difficult to write anything of significance myself but I am very much enjoying your blogs, thanks very much!
i will be your agent fergus, i have already approached many book publishers, penguin, ....actually thats about it!!brilliant informative colourful stuff.

Fergus, This is getting on my nerves now fergus.....cant you go into more detail, I feel left stranded!! Give me more information!! Annie xx Love it as you know, so interesting xxread it again and again stay safe, its the maternal in me
blog brilliant blog fergus, I need to read it again to take it all in. Of course you felt uncomfortable with how the Americans were treated, but shit have they done some things to nations and still doing it. And it shows how countries ultimately live for themselves, frightening considering we are meant to be global, having said that, look at the wonderful culture you are being exposed to. where next and for how much longer?? Still miss you,
Annie x
Hi Gus, Ellie gave me the link to your blog, which has been enthralling! Great adventures, great descriptions: looking forward to the next episode
Lots of lovexx
Gus it all sounds so exciting!!! Glad your having a blast, works just not the same without you! I think the boys are struggling with delivery, they never remember to bring gloves ;) Have fun, stay safe lots of love xxxx
for gods sake fergus will you wise up. you obvously are a survivor though.!! I call it character building. Wonderful experiences just be one step ahead boy!! another culture must be quite breathtaking though, we are in our little bubble arent we and then a totally different way of living is presented to us. you must embrace this experience.
good night dear Annie x
Fuzzy headed Fergus Hi Fergus
Hey Ever thought of writing as career- the over seas correspondent like Kate Adie your pen name could be 'Hung over in Hanoi' or 'Lost in Laos' .
Glad to hear you finally fought of the persistent female and rid yourself of the bug ( shame you had to shed out a load of dosh too!) - it's all a learning curve and you'll be able to dine out on this for years
Enjoy the rest of your travels
Office still bumbling along
Cheers Karen
beware vietnamese bearing gifts Good blog.....loved the nightclub description. Everyone is out to fleece you keep that in mind and you wont go far wrong.
Sounds like you're having a blast, keep up the flow of info. Love from all in Farnham road
phonm penh Dont get me going Fergus, this horrendous time in their history, revolting, a disgrace to civilisation and the world sat back and let it happen. That revolting dictator made Hitler look like a novice. I have read many books on that period of history, totally depressing but strangely intriguing, the holocaust, 2nd world war, hiroshoma, but I do think where you are now has a particularly gruesome history in dictatorship but no doubt a beautiful but haunting landscape.
Human beings eh, loved your latest blog, dont stop getting pissed...by the way got rid of the russians, french on their way, but the pennies building up now. lots of love Annie x
Hello, it really is fantastic and it's quite hard not to feel like I'm rubbing everyone's nose in it! I suppose Jane will now have her whole retirement to be intrepid as ever. It's still going well- I think I'm getting into the swing of it now! Hope work's not too off-the-hook and you've still got time for a laugh (I'm sure you do over there!) Weather-wise it's just boiling all the time here! Will miss the English spring/summer believe it or not! Say hello to all the Reigate lot for me! x
