The lowest range in the all Carpathians Mountains. The Beskid Niski is a land of low mountains, beautiful valleys, gentle slopes, easy accessible creeks and picturesque river ravines. The highest summit is Lackowa (997 m). Also the caves are an unquestionable attraction in Beskid Niski region (in the Jasiolka Valley there is the biggest in Polish Beskidy cave complex and four the most famous caves are on Cergowa Mountain). It is the longest mountain range in Poland and rather sparesly populated region of Poland. This is why nature here has preserved its original pure beauty. In the 1992 it was established Jaslinski Natural Park and in 1995 Magurski National Park. Within the Park boundaries 10 nature reserves has been established.
