Awesome! Hey,
Mysterious Cities of Gold was one of my all time favourite shows growing up, in fact only 2 years ago I watched the entire series again and enjoyed very minute of it. Friends have just recently been to Cusco and Machu Pichu (and blogged it) thats how I found you page, but I am so envenious and want to one day visit there as well!! Did you feel like Esteban Child of the Sun, or were you more a Mendoza!
Cheers,
Craig
Great Blog Fantastic description of your hike, there's lots of helpful tips here. We're doing the "W" in the same direction next week. I'm not looking forward to Day 2 though!
Yay!! Someone finally made it thr!! Last monsoons I was thr and it was amazing. Did u go to Halfmoon and Paradise Beach? (Sorry for starting with DID U!!) Great pics btw.
For a moment I thought you hit the come back Spice Girls concert Lol Love to read your posts and this is one is particularly special for I loved the pictures :) Miss U ((((((( hugs )))))))
Ruta 40... Hi Josie, I think I know you from VT as Sun-Spot? Wish I'd read this blog before we booked our Ruta 40 trip! Too late now! We're heading off tomorrow from Bariloche to El Chalten, so I guess it'll be a dull two days. Great blog on Bariloche, when we return in January, we'll have to try Alberto's.
BBQ on! OMG, if I had to cook for them - I´d freak out! As I read on, I realized I can´t cook anything vegetarian (except for Yakisoba) which is Japanese. So that wouldnt count! lol
I´ll give it to you, you guys are brave! :) I think you were too hard on yourselves on your own food review, and I´d say you´re ready to start your cookery school soon!! ;)
Lovely posts, as usual... I love reading you :)
Still great blogs Good to read that you are still having fun, even if everything isnt fun at the time! Our trip is about to end, but thats only a temporary set back, we'll be back on the road again soon!!! Keep writing, and of course keep enjoying things, you've written some great accounts of your travels, and having hopefully inspired a few people to join us in the wonderful world of wanderlust.
Trip to Rajasthan Hi, Andy and Josie. Went through your personal account about Camel the ship of the desert. It is true that today we are living in ultra-modern world but nothing could match the charm of camel safar. Me too has visited Rajasthan and compiled my personal experience in a blog. You may go through it for more information about Rajasthan. Trip to Rajasthan
Interestingly enough..... ...there was a special workshop on my findings on Indian toilets. I am now that much of an expert, I am recognised in the field of Bogology (as us experts call it) :) Andy
Coincidence What a coincidence - the 4th World Toilet Summit is being held in Delhi this very week ( yes really )! .
Just think of the memories in years to come ......
Just go :) Every place on this planet is a "must see" - just go to places that interest you and don't listen to guidebooks. Yes, India is very special in its own right but so were all the countries we have been to. It's your journey - so follow your nose :) The adventures lurk in the most unusual of places.
ahhhhh What can I say... I´m speechless taking from the pictures... leave alone the day when I´ll be there myself. It´s a magical place I´m sure. Josie, you look beautiful in that saree. You´ll have to teach me how to wear mine one day! lol :))) Andy, love your hair too! :) Take care you too!
Josie Mahal Good effort Josie, I thought you look rather fetching in the Saree! Is India a 'must see' place as I've been told? Still pondering where to go...
Enjoyment A little known fact is that Andrew's great uncle lived in Delhi for a number of years . I'm sure that he enoyed it as much as you two obviously did .
Josie is ginger - Andy is nuts :) and together we are crackers about food and cooking! Come and join us on our culinary experience around the world.
If you want to catch up with us "on the road" please don't hesitate to give us a shout. We would love to learn more about your country and..... your favourite dish :)
