| 24th June 2007 Mom | Malaria - From: Gradually then suddenly Hi Daniel Sorry to hear about the slow rehab on malaria. You forgot that you react in different ways to medicine, and now to some illnesses! Jean & I hope you will now recover. You mentioned your growth, but did not really indicate how you have grown, and what insights you have gained by your retrospective. We look forward to your return to learn so much more. Love you. Proud of you Mom1 and Mom2 |
| 18th June 2007 Rob | Yo Man - From: The Death of a Child and the birth of Njoyaan Hey Dan Thanks for the update. I'm sorry to hear about the child, but happy to see how close you are coming with the family. Looking forward to reading more. A comment on Ghanians knowing more about development. Don't undermine the knowledge that you have, things like general health practice, germ theory, economics etc. You're knowledge of specific challenges in the area I'm sure is limited, but you do have a lot that you can offer. Looking forward to hearing specifics about your project! I'm writing this from your Mom's basement in Dauphin. Yesterday for dessert we had 4 ice creams to choose from... I'm getting to like Dauphin. Cheers Rob |
