Ski Season Chamonix

Living in the beautiful and quiet town of Les Houches about 5/6 km outside of the main town of Chamonix, right at the base of the gondola - heaven. Every day we woke to sun or snow - none of this grey UK drizzle. We had a lovely load of visitors stay with us this year which was fantastic. Very sad to leave this lovely ski town.

Jacked in our jobs. Living the Dream. You only live once and we intend to LIVE IT!! We plan to travel on and off for the next few years, contracting in between trips to save money and pay off trips we've been on. So, so far we have worked two ski seasons (one in Zermatt, Switzerland and one in Chamonix, France), toured Italy on a motorbike for 2 months and spent a month white water rafting and wild camping in the grand canyon.
