Hi Henny
My girls (when they did their big trip) used to call those days \'train days\' as it took all day, was very stressful and really tested the relationships. Not like being on a holiday but unfortunately necessary to get from A to B.
Bruge looks just beautiful so enjoy your time there - now that you are there!

Delft is really pretty isn\'t it? It is an absolute must see when in Holland. Two things you must do in Scheveningen. Firstly, touch the North Sea. Secondly have poffertjies with speck and maple syrup.
Jubes and Bread! Oh my goodness! Bread and jubes! I could live at that counter. Looks so nice. Hopefully you will be able to fit in your seat on your way back to Perth! The flower stall looks beautiful and great to see you with your family. I bet they are happy to have you there. Ciao bella! Rosex PS: Miss you!
Getting Lost So pleased to hear that you didn't master the transport system first time around. There's nothing like seeing sights that you had no intention of seeing, just through getting those stations/stops wrong (hope you have good shoes). Your holiday looks amazing - thanks so much for keeping us updated! And I'm really pleased that we don't have those jube stalls here in Perth - you can just imagine what Rose Marie McCracken would be hauling in here to Newman on a daily basis! XX
Amsterdam Hi Henny
Great blog! We were all looking forward to receiving the link. Fantastic way to communicate your photos and travels.
The Rijksmuseum is one of my most notable memories from my trip/s to Europe. Before the renovation of course. I still remember being gobsmacked by Rembrandt's 'Night Watch' and talked about it for years afterwards.
Keep the blog coming.
Glenys
