Chels! I miss you too!
My whole impression of India has changed since I've been here. I would like to travel there but apparently it's probably the hardest place to travel...especially if your a girl on your own. So I'm going to hold off on that adventure....Where are you? Mexico? France? I can't keep track.
A Snore Hi Elissa
For writing a "snore", you are hilarious. Please don't write when you are feeling really corny, because I will laugh too hard, and then you know what happens...
HAHAHAH Oh Elissa, I have to tell you that that entry was no snore at all. I am sitting here laughing at all your misfortunes. Only you in a span of what a week? two weeks?? will throw up on a person, bleed on another, and fall out of a raft, not once, but twice. Poor Elissa!!! I did find it interesting that Nepali's consider India to be a "super power" as far as I knew I thought India was pretty poor and destitute... I guess that Nepal is even more poor and destitute??? we'll have to discuss this when we see each other again.... Hope you're having a good time.. Miss you!!!
2064 Wow, I knew you were in the future. But I thought you were only one day ahead. I didn't realize you were actually 57 years in the future!!
Your entry had me laughing out loud.
Hey Renee! Its awesome that you check my blog! whats up? I hear your really busy and have dark hair now....thats kinda a creepy amount of stuff to know about you hey? Kinda like I'm stalking you or something ...mwhahahaha.
Hey Jesz!! Its so happy to hear from you!!!! yeah, the mountain thing was just an adventure to do on a Saturday. Ha Ha...no, no sexy voice...it went right from squeaky to back to normal. I hate it when that happens.
Love reading your travel blog! Hey Elissa, Hope you don't mind that I've been keeping up with all your postings. It's really exciting that you are in Nepal and that you can post all your stories here! I'm gonna live vicariously through you and pretend that I'm in Nepal too!! Hope you're feeling better. Take care, Renee.
hey liss! i hope you're feeling better. do you have the sexy voice yet? =P was the biking adventure just a fun thing? it sounds like it would have been amazing fun though!
Happy Belated St. Patrick's Day Biking on a mountain sounds like a cool experience. I bet the scenery was very pretty. Did you take pictures? I'm sorry you're sick. I hope you feel better soon.
boo-urns to sickness Me and mom both had miserable colds, but it doesn;t sound nearly as bad as what you've got. Maybe you got it from those village kids and their toys? Oh well. I hope you are feeling better!
munkys Hi Jill!!!!!
The I.T. guy living here told me the monkeys tried to steal his newpaper once. When I was at the temple they kept shaking the poles holding the prayer flags then they would jump a couple of feet into the air, land in the river and doggie paddle back to shore.
umm daal bahaat is rice (bahaat) and lentil soup stuff (daal) that you pour on the rice and eat with your hands.
Hi Auntie Mary!!I'm so glad to here from you!! Ha ha ha! I love that story! I must admitt that I locked the door to the entire shower room (I don't know it I was allowed to do that). I have no idea what I would have done in your situation.
Me Again Elissa
I really had to laugh at the shower curtain comment. When I was in grade 11, I went to England with my class. We stayed in a hostel that had more showers than yours, although the shower curtains only covered your face. Now, that's embarrassing!
oh liss oh elissa...though i'm sure i'd look the wrong way everytime too crossing the street, i'm not there doing it. so i can laugh at you! =)
and how did you end up finding out that your music was blaring and not just in your earphones?
enjoy yourself and i miss you tons!
Elissa
