I found your blog through Passporters. Wow, you're definitely burning the candle at both ends, but at least you're having fun. It's cool that your work, travel and education are all meshed together. Btw, good point about Friday the 13th and Valentine's day being back to back, but with very different meanings. I hope that you didn't chase that gourmet salad down with the hot cocoa...lol.
