We flew with Vietnam airlines from Hong Kong-it was 257 pounds for the 2 of us so dear enough-lucky it is so cheap here! We arranged to get our visa on arrival through vietnamvisa.com-we paid about $40 for them to put our name on a list and then $50 for the 2 visas on arrival. Have a passport pic with u but if u don't they will just take one and charge a couple of dollars. It was fine, I am sure you will love it!

Sounds like an amazing trip so far- GREAT photos!! I'm jealous that you are in Vegas- it really is a BLAST! You'll feel better knowing that it has almost 35 degrees here last week! But, the ocean breezes are back and is now only in the mid 20s. Have a fabulous trip!- Safe travels!!
