looking back to Roseville 2006 It was great to see these pics that I actually hadn't seen before! We were just up in Roseville on the 8th. Wonder if it would be possible to get these images from you (downloading I think they lose quality?) Thanks for posting!

Thanks for the commet. It's a wonderful place. If you have the time, take a three day weekend (four if possible) and you will see alot more than we did and it's worth it.
Great pics I had googled madrone tree and found the Giant Madrone Tree pics from Willits that you took. I looked through the rest of the pictures and read your comments and enjoyed your trip. A lot of beautiful sights. My wife and I may have to plan a trip to this area soon. We live just south of San Jose, so it's not too far away. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for you comments..... We use a simple 4.0 mega pixel Sony Cybershot. The trick to good pictures is lighting and good composition. Compose around your subject tight, eliminating anything that is superfluous.
Also, change your perspective a little. We view the world from an average perspective approximately 5'10" to 6' 2" in hieght, pretty boring no! The opposite works the same way shoot from super high looking down on things.
I did not intend to write a novel, but, there you go. Get out and travel and bring home some great pictures. Again, thanks for reading our blog.
