Watch out Jo's coming
Hi Clodagh, Hope everything is going as well as you'd hoped. The journal is really good and the photos are great, most of the guys are keeping an eye on it and are all pretty jealous. I see Joanne is coming over soon for a couple of weeks, best you send her back we don't want to lose two of you! If there's anything you need let me know we'll get Jo to bring it. Clodagh, Howz' it goin'? You'd think that if you were in Kuala Lumper that you would have gone to the Petronas Towers - wouldn't you!? They are supposed to be spectacular. Have you not seen them!? Anyway, we haven't seen any pictures of my beautiful sister yet...

Happy Chinese New Year
I swear I didn't use google! January 29, 2006 is the first day of the Chinese new year. There are three ways to name a Chinese year: By an animal (like a mscot). This year is known as the Year of the Dog. There are 12 animal names; so by this system, year names are re-cycled every 12 years. More. By its Formal Name (Stem-Branch). The new year is the year of bingxu. In the 'Stem-Branch' system, the years are named in 60-year cycles, and the Name of the Year is repeated every 60 years. 2006 is the 7th year in the current 60-year cycle. It is Year 4703 by the Chinese calendar.
