Wine has tannin in it. The amount of tannin a wine has is determined by how long the skins float on top of the wine in the tank. The floating skins also determine the color. Except if you are Baco Noir, then you will always be red. This is why red wines have more tannins than white wines do. This probably also explains why Baco Noir is my favourite. The 3 types of grapes used in sparkling wines are............wait for it............wait for it.................Chradonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier. Who cares? The people who run the Napa shuttle bus tours do. Also I've been getting random sunburns, hence 'Too Much Tannin'. Also I've been buying cheap Aussie Cask wine, hence, incoherent blog entries. Love you guys. Ciao Christine no 'ah'
