Setting Sail, Long Beach to Panama

The Tole Mour, the largest active tallship on the West Coast, was sold by a youth marine science education program to become Vela, an island windjammer in the Caribbean. Some of the Tole Mour crew went along for the 2 week delivery from Long Beach, California to Panama City. Here follows my personal experience as the cook on this passage.
