Anniversary Well, Cat, not quite, but almost, a year since you returned home from your trek around the world. Who'd have thought that after visiting all these exotic places you would have ended up in Aylesbury!! Still, as long as you are happy then that is the most important thing. I really enjoyed reading all your blogs and the challenge each time, for me, was to come up with some entertaining comment that hopefully made you laugh? I really wish that when I was your age, I had done what you have, in seeing a lot of the world and visiting relatives - yes, I know that when I was your age, Anne and Niall would not have been in Australia/Tasmania and I had not met your mum so I wouldn't have known Sheila, Deanna and Paul, etc but you know what I mean! I'm really proud of you for making the most of your year and I look forward to reading blogs from your next trip abroad. I am disappointed, however, that there have been no blogs about life in Aylesbury - something for you to consider, perhaps?
Love, Dad xx
Respect! Hi Cat,
I cannot believe you did a bungee jump, and the world's highest at that! You have definitely got more bottle than me. What happened to the girl who left Britain saying you won't catch me doing anything like that? I am looking forward to seeing the video of this, although I don't think your mum will! Enjoy the rest of your trip - soak it all up because you'll be home sooner than you know.
See you soon. Love Dad. xxxxxx
Nagging?? Hi Cat, For the record I only nagged you in one direction - that was towards the nearest computer to get the next part of your blog written. Believe it or not, I find the blogs quite interesting and I look forward to reading them, even when you are rambling on and on and on and on......! Anyway, not long till you come home now so that will be the peace and quiet well and truly shattered.
Speak to you soon. Love, Dad xxxxxx
oi! oh my god (chav style)...you is well like mentioning me in your blog...is it that you miss me?!
by the way....i would live to tell you off for your Afrikaans spelling. it is a BRAAI and not a braii.
PS. LOVE YOU
Bye bye Aussies Hey Cat,
Had enough reading about Australia now.....where's the first blog on South Africa?? Great to speak to you on the phone recently - can't wait till 2/12 when you're back home, drowning out the telly and moaning about making me a cup of tea!!

Look forward to reading next part!
Love ya xxxx
Hi Hey Cat, Just read your latest blog and it sounds like you are having an absolute blast! I have to make a comment about zorbing the greek because I know how disappointed you would be if I didn't but, as you make no references to Greece, it doesn't seem right. Did you manage to attend the Splendour in the Grass festival - any good bands there that I might know of? I did a double take when I read about you and Ellie going out for her birthday - I thought it said you had gone out for streaks!! Given everything else you have done and seem to be doing I wouldn't have been surprised. For example - what sort of activities have you been doing that enables you to hide behind your own legs - now, that is scary!! Anyway, by the time you read this you will have visited Fraser Island so I look forward to hearing all about it. I googled it and it looked absolutely out of this world. Speak to you soon. Lots of love, Dad. xxxxxx
Hi Sweetie Great blog as usual, almost feel like I'm there. It sounds so amazing, what fab memories you will both have. Enjoy the next step, thinking of you always.
Love and kisses Mum xxxxxx
Sounds like you're having a ball Cat. That zorbing sounds great. I'm going to have to give it a go one day. The north east coast is magnificent because the weather and water continues to get warmer, the beaches wider and longer and the people sparser.
Enjoy.
Tut tut! Fancy going to the Sydney Opera House in jeans and trainers - what a scruffbag! You'd never catch me going out dressed like that. Hope you didn't bump into anyone we know! Smarten yourself up woman, for goodness sake! Speak to you soon. Lots of love, Dad. xxxxxx
Opera Ooooh Cat It sounds amazing!! And so they should have let you anywhere you wanted to go. Even in jeans!! I bet the naked Koala would have gotten you even more places lol!! I'd love to see fabulously illegal photos of the Opera house when you facebook them!! Lots of love and cathugs poppet, miss you xxxxxxxxxxx
Aus Hi It really sounds like you are having a whale of a time.We really enjoyed the Fairy Peguins 20yrs ago when we were there, if you are still with the cousins please give them my love and best wishes. Hope you have more wonderful things to see and do.
XX Betty
PS Got the cast off my arm at last
Anthony Rowley What a treat it has been having Cat and Ellie stay with Dee, Abbie and I (and Archie of course). They have been an absolute pleasure. Very willing to help out around the house, take care of Abbie and cook up a storm in the kitchen. They have been great fun on our trips, totally embracing Abbie's love of nursery Rhymes. We will miss them both.
Have a great remainder of your trip girls. Be safe and have plenty of fun.
Remember that you are always welcome in our home if ever you decide to visit again.
Seems like you are still having a whale of a time. You should ejoy the penquins at Phillip Island the are so small and its lovely to ess them scurring out of the sea.
Wow Hi, Sounds like you are having an amazing time and seeing loads of wonderful things and places. Glad you visited Dunedin - somehow, it didn't come as any surprise that the guy you stayed with's name was Hamish!! Speak to you soon. Stay safe. Lots of love, Dad x
drunken falls Hi Cat you really sound as though you are having a fantastic time in New Zealand seen and done some great things, i was not drunk, but i was playing slides down a slope when i slipped and you know the result, what i will do for time off work.
