Nice pictures man! Like I said, I'm feeling nostalgic already about the time on Ko Samet. Your pictures and text gave me a few laughs. Have a safe trip home. I guess it will be a lot of fun to land again in Alberta and catch up with everything there. Talk to you later! Take care!
Don't Forget... Hey Mark,
Dont forget to bring Sangsom and a bucket !! I finally have a super nintendo so you guys can come over and play. Enjoy your last few days and make the most of them..and bring back lots of stuff. And a word of advice - dont bother with custom made suits - once you get back here and into your regular eating habits, they wont fit anymore. Trust me, I speak from experience !!
Cheers!

Homo Dude... what can I say besides you know how jealous I am? I should have definitely stuck around to do Cambodia -- either that or we should have taken a couple of days out of freaking Vietnam to see it together. I hope you are having an awesome time... and savouring every last minute as you'll be back here in the grind before you know it. Oh and p.s. -- no matter how great we imagine home to be when we're so far away, nothing beats the freedom of the backpacker's life.
Wish I was there Wow, this trip looks like it's more fun than last year. Those sand dunes look so cool - I seriously want to fly out there right now. And now that there is no more hockey, you really arent missing out on much over here. Have fun and keep us posted.
Sand Dunes Gidday, I'm an Aussie who just got here. We've been to Phan Thiet before but want to go to the white sand dunes next time. How many km would you say they are from the Mui Ne Resorts (Sailing Club) and are they worth it. BTW my wife was so relaxed driving around Ho Chi Minh City on the back of the motorbike with me, that she fell asleep. Have you seen that great book of what the Vietnamese carry on the back of bikes. Really cool present for someone at home. Happy Travels
Hockey Enjoyed your pictures. You missed one heck of a game yesterday. Next best thing to watching will be listening to the final game online at http://www.630ched.com/ Cheers
No Title to Speak Of Interesting change of plans. So what made you decide not to hit up Koh Tao? I'd give nearly anything to be swinging in a hammock, watching the sun set from the balcony of Happy Daze! But to each their own. Enjoy 'Nam, and keep the pics coming! Peace out and party on.
