wow Honey you can say you're wimpy, but you are amazing! So glad for you to have this trip! Eat everything, try anything, enjoy everything! I absolutely love Thailand, the people, the culture, the food, the countryside, ooh I'm so tickled for you. Love, Laurie
great info As Wendy's mom-in-law, I loved seeing the picture that she made it safe and sound and love the information about the project...stay safe and well and enjoy the adventure...love you Wendy!
Typhoid ! Yoiks! I didn't bargain on foreign illnesses... boil everything!
The pictures are lovely, although a tad dark..
We had just wondered where you were tonight...don't forget curfew! (; Much love, Grammie and Grampie
Best of Luck Brynn,
Wish you the best on this adventure, will love to hear all about it. Hope you are taking every precaution. ‘It is a jungle out there.’ I have heard nothing but positive things from people who have visited Vietnam (that’s recently), however I think they stayed to the paved areas.
Most interesting subject Hopefully one day I may see these cats at Point Defieance Zoo. My family made this zoo a focal point of many trips to Tacoma when I was a child. Animals have always been of interest to my family and continue to be.
I am eagerly looking forward to the coming TravelBlogs.
Many thanks for my inclusion on this list...

HEY! I've got a great deal for you! I'LL go to Viet Nam and Thailand, and you can sub for me for a couple weeks! Just think of all the wildlife you could encounter in a kindergarten room! Ah, c'mon.....OK....I'll just check the blog. (: Love, Aunt Stace
I second Jason's comment... "no worries, enjoy every minute and I'm jealous already" You haven't even left yet and already I'm green with envy!!!
Thanks for keeping the blog - it'll be fun to watch your progress. Hope you have a great time, despite the leeches....
:-)
The interface Travel blog is a free online tool, so sorry about the ads on the blog. When it's free, I guess you can't complain too much. I just hope that the ads that end up on here aren't too strange! Thanks for reading.
No Worries Hi Brynn - I think you are selling yourself short here. There is nothing you will encounter there that even compares with spending a night at Doe Falls or Ranger Creek with a group of junior high campers! Enjoy every minute of it - I'm jealous already!!!
This is a travel blog to share with the friends of Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium. In December 2006, I will be traveling with a zookeeper and a zoo educator to Vietnam and Thailand to see the work of the Clouded Leopard Project, a great conservation project to preserve this mysterious cat.... full info
