Got a life thanks I don't know if you've noticed but even the guide books do not paint a positive picture of your country. Seriously think before you advise a single woman to go places that all others she has spoken advised against.
If I had got a positive vibe then I probably would have investigated further. I had no intention to dis your country, I was only sharing my story.
Chill out mate, sounds like you need to.
sorry you missed// El Slavador I'm sorry you missed El Salvador land mark, lakes, rivers, and the mountains, next time you need to relax , and get more time and info about the places where you going. As a Salvadorean make me feel bad when you talk about my country that way. I can see you are a black woman with a little problem, but it is ok, you should go to you tube and check what we have on the most industrialized country in Central America, where people make three times everywhere in the region as a salary. SO get a life beauty... hasta la vista bb....
permission to use photo Hi Donna, I am the newly published author of a book called "Belize Survivor: Darker Side of Paradise." The book has only been out for a few months, but it's doing so well on Amazon that I'm already upgrading my website. I was really quite taken by your photo entitled "total Mayan respect 1" (as it speaks to a particularly important element in my story) and wondered if you'd be willing to allow me use it. Please respond at your earliest convenience. Respectfully, NK

Jarachik Is this word "Jarachik" from the local Tzutinil or is it Cachiquel? I live in Pana, on the other side of the lake, and am not familiar with that word. If you are interested, I've posted some From Blog: Lost by the Lake

Great blog!! Will be traveling to Mexico city in a few days, and your blog has really given me some insight into how black people (esp. women) are treated over there. So far it looks like it's been a positive experience.

Hailing from West London, I've decided it was time I leave the village of Ladbroke Grove to go traveling. My aim is to take a break from London and see other ways of living.
I have been inspired by the many friends I’ve made over the years that have come from far off lands and made their lives in London, for a time at least. To me they were really brave, coming to London, learning another language and starting up a new network and community.
I’m not planning on living anywhere; I just want to pass through some countries and have new experiences, learning to play again. I also want to... full info
