HOLLAND - GERMANY - INAUGURAL 2008-04-27 Many of you will be wondering why THE SHUFFLER did not report on a regular basis from Holland and from Germany. The reason is that internet access was more difficult than we anticipated. Without going technical on you, access by wireless although often possible was very expensive. Accordingly we chose to enjoy the planned events, limiting our SHUFFLER activities to the preparation of documents for posting on our return. For the record I did have my Laptop with me. We will now begin the reporting giving you one day at a time. We do hope [View Full Entry]

THE WALKIING TOUR IN COLOGN: After the tour of the Cathedral, we check into our Hotel, Am Augustinerplatz. The hotel is located at the beginning of a pedestrian area named "Hohe Straße", the main shopping zone at Cologne. The Hohe Strasse is actually a historical path, because if has been in existence since Roman Times. “Shoppers” among us will enjoy the open concept for shopping with fine shoes, fine jewellery and stylish clothing along the one kilometre ro [View Full Entry]
