(Sat writing this as a little dog yaps its head off in what sounds like an empty warehouse. . . . .grrr) Thought it was time to make a bit of a move from the paradise that was Ao Mae, before I slipped into a compleat trance and stayed there forever. It really was a perfect place to stay!! Recommended!! The Staff in the resturant were super friendly, Burma they were from. Infact I think the whole resort was run by Burmese, they really do go out of their way to do anything to help you out. The menu was amazing and everything was so fresh, Il definatly be sure to head there again after a full moon party. (The Island View Cabana incase you havent read my other blog) So the morning came for me

Sat waiting for the bus to arrive I searched the pages in my guide looking for info on where to go. The day Im leaving and still not knowing where to, ha, but its now starting to feel like the norm. Get on the bus, board the boat and see where the best spot are from you’re new found map, all in one big swoop when you get there or on the way. Got talking to two Ozi guys on the coach to the port/peir. They had been staying in a 5 star hotel that they booked from home but was so far away from the beach they had the worst time ever.

Theres a few people staying here in throughout the 10 bungalows, but must only be for a few days at a time because Iv never seen a face twice.Well apart from the annoying american next door who constantly thinks its "AWSOMMMME" to ask me every day what my planns are for Thailand or my travels in general.I must of told him about 6 times that I havent planned anything or booked anything in advance, but his head still doesnt seem to register. He must think I lay awake at night plotting a

The heat doesn’t feel as intense, the very late nights don’t bother me the next day and Im finally getting used to the way . . .. . . . . . . . . . . “how people are.” That said, I had seen enough of Bangkok for now and was ready to make a move. Still holding a little grin at what I had seen at the Grand Pallace I headed to the travel bookings desk to plan my exit. Aprahensive at first. . . .I still wasn’t to sure where I actually wanted to head to and definatly didn’t want to miss anything out. So. . . .the first cluster of

I had a rough idea that its was going to be a stepping stone onto the next location but I guess I didnt know what to expect. Went for a wander yesterday down some little back streets and had a walk around the little market stalls that line the edges of the road. Taxi drivers, tuk tuk drivers , stall owners all heckling me for a fare or “come see my selection of suits. . . .”big sizes, you buy you buy”. Fair enough they have to make a living in a run down area ,but 75% of the markets were selling the same thing. Suits and shirts. If they actually cared to take a
