My sister's oldest daughter has spent this past year teaching English in Madrid. Not to be left out, dear Momma/Grammy is taking the whole family to Europe on a cruise-around-Italy vacation. Since air fare and cruise are taken care of (Thanks Mom!!), we are leaving just under two weeks early to explore Rome, Florence, Tuscany, take some Tuscan cooking lessons and revel in the history of Rome with our Latin-studying son and his darling wife. Hubby Mark and I leave June 24, son and daughter-in-law join us July 2, we cruise on July 5 and return to Virginia July 13. We will have a wealth of experiences and I know I will remember none of them if I don't write them down.
