When I get to SIUC i want to be apart of a sorority, I want to be able to build a sisterhood with the other people at my school. This will help me feel more apart of the saluki community. This will also help me build leadership skills and serve my community more. During my spring break I wasnt really allowed to go out for god knows what reason, but the one day i did go out i made sure that i had a blast. I went to do my capstone research talking to moms about their stress levels and i got to hold their babies. I then i seen meko coming from school and we rode the bus together just talking about college stuff then we went to my twin jasmine's house and we just relaxed. 1. My mom makes this type of dish using tomatos and tomato sauce. We call it meatballs, this came from my great aunt and she passed it down to her kids and everyone in our family. Its ground beef rolled into a ball with motzerella cheese in the middle of it and covered in tomato sauce. 2. No this does not give us a certain identity because food doesn't describe who we are. 3. 1. A mountain that I have climbed during my time at UIC is being able to be open minded about the different cultures and people at my school, also getting over drama and passing my classes. What helped me was keeping my cool all my years of being here and staying positive. 2.
