Having Seafood Above Sea Level What an experience it was. On the 27th February of 2009, my culinary instincts took me to the 360 Revolving Restaurant located at the top of the CN Tower in Toronto, Canada. The main reasons I went their was because - besides being located in a landmark bound to get visited by people from all around the world, the restaurant uses regional ingredients ensuring Canadian taste and heritage is maintained within the recipes. Upon arriving at the tower, we took the lift to the top and within a minute reached 360’s reception. The waiter took us to our seats where I could view the whole city.
