=(
That is not very nice to publicly display dead annimals, I don't have a problem with shooting Kangaroos but naming it after a popular kids character and displaying pictures of it bleeding on the ground? Also 'marking' is important but pulling the testicals off a 'screaming' lamb with your teeth is not funny or appropriate to be on a public site. It is disgusting and inhumane

Rawlinna
I have just recently left this station. I regret that decision. It was fantastic. I got lost countless times crashed several times, even gave myself a concussion and still Simmo continued to help me and even taught me to ride a motor bike properly. :) If I could go back again I would. I loved it but it took some wrong decisions for me to realise it. A cattle station trial and a waitress job later, wishing I had never left. You're lucky you got to see it and be a part of it.

Same Tent?
Adam, you seem do have visited much same Bedouin camp as me when I was at Sharm back in March, but I did the two hour gallop on an Arab horse. Then stopped for mint tea - but no biscuits - with guide.

BRUNEI ABODE OF PEACE.
Brunei is the greatest and the best country I have ever visited. eventhough it has no night entertainment and only few shopping malls but I love the lifestyle of the Malay Bruneians. They are so polite polite even to the starngers and respect other drivers. Not like othe developed countries. They have great cultures and especially the life style of kampung ayer residents who so concern their neighbours and cooperate with each other. Even it is polluted but try to live in kg Ayer for one night. It so peaceful wich other country cannot offer.......BRUNEI is the heritage of the world...........

Cow in a tree...
Now that is strange...that cow in a tree was at Glastonbury festival! It has to be the same one, they're too similar not to be. I can't believe it was all the way in Australia a few months ago! I have a picture of it on my blog. Classic.

Re: =(
Not my intention to be deliberately offensive, appreciate the pictures and narrative are pretty grim, but I wanted to capture an honest reflection of what I came across on my travels. I agree with you that the treatment of the livestock there is both disgusting and inhumane. Not making light of animal cruelty, I tried to approach all of my entries in as light-hearted a manner as possible for my own sanity whilst alone in some faraway place. I refused the testicle job, nonetheless the other jobs were pretty unpleasant too, but needs must when you need to earn some money while travelling. Apologies for any distress caused by the pictures.
