Only 2 weeks until departure! We are now looking forward to April 17th with growing impatience. Just myself and my whacky-sports friend John (JC). The route is broadly planned: England, France, Andorra, Spain, Gibraltar, Spanish Morocco, Morocco, Western Sahara, then back up through Morocco, Spain, Portugal, France and to England. About 6,000 miles is the expected total. The bikes are fully prepped aside from a final oil/filter change. A weekend trip is planned in the UK to check packing and weight balance/distribution, provided the rain stops! Been trying to come up with a name for the trip, given that some lesser known folk did something similar, Long Way Down or Long Way Round.
