that's what we heard in the foyer last night.
It was raining quite steadily when we left this morning. We had a few things on our list today as it was our one day to do them. We caught the train (metro) to Shinjuku where we walked for a while in the rain.k We then made our way to Shibuya but the wind and rain had picked up so much that it was dangerous to be out. We decided to head back to our hotel. We jumped on a train, packed in like sardines only to go nowhere as it sat on the platform for 1.5 hours. Finally, we were on our way but it then stopped at the very next station for an indefinite amount of time. We decided to alight and try our luck on the subway and fortunately we were able to get to our district. By this time the rain had stopped.
Hopefully, tomorrow will be finer.
