At last we have managed to find some time to start a travel diary online, it will save us clogging up all of your inboxes with lengthy emails and we can put on some cool pictures and videos of our adventures so far ..... and trust us it has been an adventure!!! this was similar to the boat we sailed on, in the background you can see all of the floating houses that some vietnamese people live on!

we anchored and slept on the boat one night. The view was amaxing there were a few boats doing the same and that lit up the sea enough to be able to see everything, stunning

this was tommy trying to catch a few Zzzz's on the boat on the way back, no he wasn't drunk, but there was limited room and...suprise suprise we'd been drinking the night before!!!!

Out of the plane window as we leave! In all S.Vietnam is much nicer as are the people. There are'nt many photo ops though in Ho Chi Minh City!

Hey loving your blog. We funnily enough did kinda the same trip and also loved the water fall near Louang phabang and had pretty much same opinion of vietnam as you especially the cities! Mad mad motorbikes! It would take me half an hour to cross a road while clinging desperately to kev shouting wait... wait...wait GO GO GO!!!
