Dear Family & Friends, Last month I spent a week in Vietnam and Cambodia; two incredible, developing countries with violent histories. most road side cafes had multiple hammocks strung up between support beams. I think they e onto something here. after a big meal, a hammock is perfect.

Enjoyed the blog!
You write well. The amazing race was in Ho Chi Minh City and onto Pnon Phenh sp? recently and the hustle and bustle of the city was the same. Can't wait to come and see it for myself! Mom
