New Years Party!!

February 6 was the Chinese new year's eve, and Ho Chi Minh was alive! It was awesome to have two new years parties in six weeks (yours was still better Logan).
Everybody was smiling and laughing walking the streets and there was a huge public fireworks display after midnight too.
Everybody must have been partying as the next morning the streets were all but dead, the first time seen here. What I found quite interesting was even with quiet streets, drivers and riders were still using their driving around tooting their car/bike horns like mad, confirming what I already suspected here: Vietnamese use their horns cause they like to.
