Hi all!!
Saigon is a wild and fun city-just billions of motos and the craziest driving style I've ever seen- a sort of super Dave style crossed with the Indy 500. To cross the street requires cajones and timing, and still about 30 people killed a day in Saigon alone. We went to the Mekong delta today, and our guide, Dong said that on new years night about 70 people were killed on the street!!! On our trip on the Mekong we saw a huge python, tried banana whiskey, and heard the "traditional" Vietnamese version of Aude Lang Sine- the new years song.
