So today was painful again and things got worse but we did go to a water park across the sea on the worlds longest cablke car oversea Vinpearl and the ark was amazing the rides were all fun if not a little dangeours. One point there was a tree and a flip and other people just hurt various parts of there body but all in all a good day.
Apologies to those who I was there with for being so quiet at the end of the day it was amazing and everything I just struggled with the pain abit.
The train however in the evening to get to Hochimin was cracking just what i needed compared to a bus.
Met some amazing people here and lots of good times to remeber.
