My first Christmas away from home, friends and family and cold weather... An unusual experience!

With very little in the way of Christmas build up it really didn't feel like Christmas at all! However, a few places in Nha Trang were offering Christmas 'Turkey' dinners so it made sense to partake in the festive meal... Which is pretty much all I did all day. . .

Got up late, enjoyed the winter sun and then joined the others at 2pm for a few drinks while nursing the hangover from Christmas Eve and savouring the smells of Christmas dinner as they wafted from the kitchen/bbq towards us, getting hungrier and hungrier!

There was almost a fistfight to be first in the queue for the buffet. It may not have looked much like the traditional Christmas dinner I'm used to, but hey, it was turkey, it was hot and I was starving!! . . . and we could go back for seconds!! Fantastic!
