The blogger that is who. And the blogger in this case is me. Yes, it is not always easy to write a blog. Sometimes you are tired, you are not in the mood, you have a hangover, or you are just not inspired. And yet it is that day of the month/week that you need to write your travelblog. You could ask: 'Why not postpone it till you feel better?' Good question. Well, I am not sure if I will b... Read Full Entry

I'm fascinated by your recent blogs! :)
''Who writes the blogs, when the blogger is tired?'' I suppose, that is why I sometimes write mine months after the trip is over. I only do it when I am in the mood. :)

quite some long blog! like Seinfeld, about not much other than the concept of travel
Mr Dudeness, for someone who goes to a netcafe and just thinks about, how can you write so much typing away (not a criticism - I enjoyed your meditation on travel methods etc rather than really any place)- I use voice recognition software on my laptop and post almost every day (my blog is from Sth Korea at mo - see "mr mink") - but yes it still takes me a couple of hours as well by the time you resize pix etc. - and does anyone love me for it? (the time and effort that is) - well my bro at least comments on it - but for me it is really my E diary and I almost don't care, I do it for myself. hanx for the pix of Vietnam - went to most of these places in 1999 on a small group tour - sure it has changed a lot ($ wise for the worst by the sounds - all those tourists!). Enjoy your travel - you dont sound quite too jaded yet anyway.

This blog reads like a Seinfeld episode...
a lot about nothing. But it is a break from blogs that go on endlessly about the horrors of transportation.

30 minutes?
You spend no longer than 30 minutes typing up your blogs? The quality of your blogs is quite remarkable, then. I can confirm that it can be very tough to keep blogging regularly while on the road. I try to do it once a week, but that usually ends up to be once a month, or all blogs get delayed until I'm back home. But then I feel out of touch with travelling, it's a vicious circle, really. Your approach is not bad, then, just sit down every 10 days and type up what's on your mind. Probably sounds easier than it actually is. Cheers, Jens

Thanks
A quick response to all of you who have bothered reading and commenting on this blog that was really about absolutely nothing as a lot of you remarked. I didn't have the time to write this little thank you until now. I would also like to say that I am both honoured and flattered that this blog is being compared to Seinfeld, and that the son of Mr. Shakespeare himself, might find this blog amusing.
