We just wanted to let everyone know that things are fine with us here in Trang. We are well south of the events in Bangkok and from what we have heard, this will not last long. We are not planning to be in Bangkok until Dec 7 as we fly out on Dec 9.
We are in the South of Thailand in a place called Trang. We, very litterly, missed the boat today.
But we are fine and despite what the Canadian newspapers are saying, people are still leaving for Bangkok. In fact two couples today couldn't get onto a bus today becasue it was full.
No word as to how long this will last. But we will keep all posted from time to time.
