Oaty Milkshake

After our standard routine of Laura's early run whilst getting chased by packs of wild dogs, and my anciet fitness regime, we head out on the bike for a bit of a run in the sun. Later we sampled the delights of a different little food stall near our bungalow, we had some various rice dishes and some strange milkshake with oats or something in it, both of us were bloated beyond imagination! Later we chilled at the bungalow watching the sun go down, with some ice cream, beers and a nice chat!
