Phuket

Landed in Phuket this morning, after what seemed to be a whole day and night's worth of travel - oh, hang on; it WAS! We came in on a minibus from Surat Thani, after spending the night on a sleeper boat. Quite an experience, wouldn't do like to do it again, but it's not the worst thing in the world I guess.

The last five days in Ko Phangan have been mega - I love that place! The beach party was awesome, and we've been in good familiar with Sam and Brenna - will be a shame to see them leave.

We're in Kata Beach right now and we've landed ourselves some good digs, though right outside a bar full of go-go girls - Sam and I got propositioned by them all on our search for a place to stay! Plan is to get on the beach as soon possible: Phangan wasn't that hot, so we need some serious sun!
