After a leisurely breakfast we walked a leisurely 10 minutes to the next cove eastwards (Shark Bay). The setting is idyllic with palm tress and white sand with a turquoise sea. We were surprised to see our topless sunbathing as our guide book says it was not done in Thailand. The sea was too murky for other than some limited snorkelling but the water was lovely and warm. The sunlight was very strong. Tropicana restaurant again for evening meal. There is a three-legged dog at the Tropicana who we’ve nicknamed Tripod. There are also noisy lizards who make a sound which sounds a bit like ‘hit me’ and there are strange bird noises (some by the common mynahs).
