Ok this is gonna be a long one,
31st May - Arrived in Thailand and the first obstacle was tackling a motorbike taxi with our big back packs Nibby was nice and brave and just hoped on!! We then had to hang around the border town for 12 hours to wait for our bus and this was funnily enough our last blog entry, got the bus to Krabi arrived a 2am and crashed in a cheap hotel.
1st June - we headed for Ko Phi Phi Don met a guy called John ended up sharing a PLUSH room with him for 3 nights real good guy. First full day in Phi Phi we took a long tail boat to a quite beach and laid in the sun for a couple of hours we headed back to the hotel though once the cloud came over thinking a big storm was coming but it never did so we sat by the pool for a bit and I finished Lord of the Rings books 1 & 2 (The Fellowship). 2nd day was really cool we went on a afternoon trip to Maya Beach (from the film the beach) it was

Nibby enjoying a drink "oh, how I've missed the 'bow!" low tide when we arrived and our boat rocked up onto some rocks for us to climb over and we had to scramble up the rocks and through a blow hole before a 5 min walk to the beach real easy at low tide!!!! Chilled hear and watched an amazing sunset picture will be loaded!! The tide was coming in the whole time we where there and when we tired to leave it was very dark walk back to the boat, but then we saw a bigger problem than the dark the tide had come in so much that the blow hole had water in and the rocks to walk to the boat where fully submerged Nibby was not impressed we had her camera with us and lots of other electricals. Push on we did, and waded out where the rocks should have been, it soon became very deep (chest high) and all of a sudden we where no longer on the rock but swimming a brilliant sight 3 people swimming all with 1 arm holding a bag out of the water........but hey we made it.
We then decided we needed to move to cheaper accommodation so we moved

Matty looking cute with pretty flower in his hair! to the Shack stayed one more night and got up early the next day to go to Phuket!!
Arrived Phuket 4th June and decided to stay in Kata just down a bit from the mad busy district, got a really really nice hotel here paid 18 pounds a night for a super deluxe room all the trimmings a spa, a pool, sauna and a gym!!! it was called Sugar Palm Hotel. First night we went for a walk there where lots of ladies in all the bars this was our first experience of the Thai sex industry. the second day we went to the beach it was a nice beach with waves I went for a little surf and nibby was reading on the beach and then we went back to the pool played here before heading to the Gym for an hour. Next day we had a beach & pool day again only highlight was we both had a aloe- vera massage.
7th June - Took a tour to the Island used in James Bond man with the Golden Gun! First we done some kayaking around the corner from the Island had our very own rower
this was relaxing then over to the island had a look around before we went to a Floating local fishing village population around 1500 that's allot considering no land!!! On the way home we stopped at a monkey temple and the monkeys stole our bananas out of the carry bag cheeky little buggars!! Got home and found a proper pub it served Cider so Nibby was overjoyed we got pretty pissed here and watched the first Euro 2008 game.
8th June - Travelling day got a minibus to Ko Samui had to change buses about 4 times and wait for hours at every stop, was a real slow day arrived on the Island and we had to climb onto the roof of a big TukTuk and ride with the bags because there was no other room - I actually think we had the best seats going 30 min trip.
9th June - Found a different place to sleep one with a TV and fridge, need TV for the footy!!!! This was the first day of the bad weather overcast all day just wandered around the main town.

Drove down to an Aquarium and Tiger Zoo this was better than expected in went on and on and on and on and on........We then came across the tiger sanctuary and it was a bit sad as the cages where small but it did have a sign saying they get lots of exercise i am not so sure... There was one tiger who was very angry and we got a great pic of him roaring. Drove on then to a Waterfall on the south of the island I had a swim and play Nibz didnt have her swimmers and would not get in naked because there where other tourists around.... We then drove up to what was called localy Grandfather & Grandmother rocks basically a big rock that looked like a penis and another rock that looked like a fanny!!! When we where walking here it really chucked it down Nibz says the most rain she has ever seen it was running down the road just like the Video of the Boscastle flood but it only lasted for 10 mins so no flooding!!! Didn't
