Mystery Beach
I've been sworn to secrecy! But lets just say, I truly think we found one of the most amazing beaches on Earth!Apologies for not posting! Don't worry, everything is great and we're safe and all that good stuff you want to hear. Truth is, we've been having so much fun in Ko Pha Ngan that posting a blog is pretty much the last thing we wanted to do! That and the internet costs too much where we've been staying!
So, I'm reporting from Ko Samui right now which is one of a few big ass islands in Southwest Thailand. To catch you up to date, we left Bali and flew to Bangkok where we spent a few hours and then flew straight to Phuket from there. We stayed in Phuket for 2 days with intentions of going to Ko Phi Phi (the island where they filmed The Beach) but after a few email exchanges with a friend of a friend who lives in Ko Pha Ngan we decided to head straight there and skip the Atlantic side. Truth be told, our friend Gareth hooked us with the line, "You should come to Ko Pha Ngan, I can you set up with a bungalow on a beach here which I think is one of the best in all of Thailand". And boy
What a view

After a 6 hour bus ride and a 2 hour ferry ride, we finally made it to Ko Pha Ngan. We took a cab to one of the main beaches and then took a taxi boat to a location I have been promised not to reveal and let's just say that we officially found one of the coolest, most beautiful and relaxed places on Earth! Hopefully this explains why we haven't been writing much. Most of our time has been full of swimming across our little bay, hiking, doing yoga, chilling with our new friends we met at our bungalow, reading and eating delicious and healthy food! Our initial plan was to hop around the south of Thailand and see as much as we could, but after finding this amazing "mystery" beach, it was clear we were not going to be hopping around anywhere. So, that brings us to now! We got two weeks down and two more weeks to go. The Bar
We spend most of our time here. Yoga takes place here, sleeping takes place here, reading takes place here, drinking takes place here. It's a true "multi-purpose" room. think there's a good possibility that we may be headed back here before the year is over. Anyhow, I'll let the pictures do the talking. Tune in next week!

Hi guys, I finally just got caught up with all of your blogs which are wonderful!! I have to say it has me wishing to get laid off from work :p...but unfortunately that will never happen ...which I suppose I should be thankful for so.... :) Anyway, it's been so great that you've updated us all this time on your travels, I have to say that I feel like I'm almost there with you..almost :D Keep it up!!
