hi all wall ball small. im in ko phangan now ready for the full moon party(a big party on the beach). i did a night dive after the last time i posted in Ko Tao, it was amazing saw some stingrays and some massive fishies. was really kool, not as scary as i thought. then in the morning did a deep dive, that was deffo the ebst one so far, it was amazing, just fish evrywer wen u looked up, it was like a dream. then i did a controll one to get your breathign right under watrer that was good but not as fun. so now im half way to been an advanced diver. am going back to Ko Tao on the 21st to finish is, only 2 more dives away! i really love it. something i deffo want to keep up when i get home. its amazing. didnt do much lastnight, was really tired think i had too much sun yesterday. was in the pool allday making friends. it raind aT one point, really heavy it was cool just been in the pool drinking buy one get on free cocktails. ha. wer staying in a nice hotel again, free internet in the room wich is ace. costs abit if not. just been to buy some new clothes for tonight that i arnt bothered about getting ruind cos its suppose to be abit mental! heee. im excited. anyway. ill let you know how the party goes and if im still in one piece! take care all. havent got any money on my call card so cant ring. and they try to rip you off here and charge you more so ill wait till i get back to ko tao to get another. i have txt credit thow. much love. xxxx

Hi Linz! All sounds exciting and sunny! its been quite warm here though - but of course being at work all week is a bit pants! Took Lucy to her training class tonight. She loves playing with all the other dogs. We take her on a Sat morning but that is all big dogs and so she is a bit scared. Once she gets over herself though she starts diving at them all! She's doing really well so far - check out the photos on pauls facebook. Anyway - not much else to tell. Email you soon.Missing you loads. Love you helen xxxx
