Day 14

The train journey to Chumpon was long and we arrived in a very wet Chumpon ready to catch the ferry. Unfortunately the lovely Jeffrey at TAT had forgotton to tell us that the ferry leaves at 7am each morning, and so at 3.30pm we were standing in Chumpon station wondering whether we would ever make it to the islands!! Fortunately we found some cheap accommodation and a shopping mall where we had pizza and ice cream! (Elin and Camilla were still a little queasy at the sight of thai food!!) and had an early night ready for our 5am start the next morning!
